Intermittent Fasting



It seems like this can be a very good thing for the body. You see they have found that doing things the way we've done from the "get-go" is usually very good.

Just trying to fast(not eating anything) is very difficult, especially for days on end. That's one reason I like intermittent fasting - it's very doable. You see, I fast for about 16 hours straight each day for 5 days. Do this once a month or two.

Not only do I like it cause it's doable, it also doesn't affect anybody else in the house....

P.S. don't eat any direct sugars either, but you can drink as much water as you want.
