I Am Pain Free, I Can Do It...

Just because you’re pain-free doesn’t mean you should go and do things that are dangerous and possibly hurt yourself. Things are harmful to your body or mind qualify for things that are not good for you.

This also includes eating bad things, drinking in excess, exercising the wrong way or doing certain things that put you or loved ones in harms way.

This reminds me of someone I know that does crazy things so people see him on the internet. I even saw someone on tv who apparently makes wild jumps for YouTube. Sure, you may get some notoriety, but is risking your life worth it.

If it’s to make money; I’m sure there are other ways, much safer ways to do that. And do that from the privacy of your own home. Here you are most likely safe from harm. Also, don’t forget about the other people that love you, like your family, friends, coworkers, you name it.

Once you are pain-free, you want to stay that way!

Always Take Care Of You!

We need to Eat Right, Exercise, Manage Our Stress, Get Proper Rest, and Get Adjusted.

So for Eating - think of what our ancestors used to do. They ate a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables. At this time they didn’t have a lot of the junk we have today.

For exercise, you don’t need to spend a lot of time. Go to YouTube for the exercises Dr Mercola or Dr Oz have been doing for a quick workout that’s all you need.

You need to manage your stress; keeping the stress down will help your body work much more efficiently. Stress can affect your body negatively in all sorts of ways. In fact stress can really hamper your healing. So just stay healthy and keep the stress level down.



Next, is rest. Get your proper sleep every day. People require around eight hours of sleep each night. One thing here is the amount of light (it should be as dark as you can get it) and is it comfortable sleeping. If so, you’ll sleep better and therefor your body will work a little better.

You also need to get your spine checked. Doing this allows you to always make sure the nerves are going to work at their best without any pressure. The nervous system really controls the entire body so keep it clear of any interference.
