What Else Can I Do To Sleep?



Sometimes getting to sleep can be difficult. Here's some things you may not have tought of:

Be Consistent - go to sleep near the same time each night

Cut the screen time right before bed - limit that phone or computer usage at night

Don't exercise right before sleep

The same goes for eating - don't snack when it's time to sleep
