All to often I learn someone is using 2 pillows? This can be to high.
For a back sleeper, it puts your head in flexion; side-sleeper, lateral flexion.
Poor posture. It's hard enough trying to maintain good posture when you are awake.
Plus, you don't want to get used to this bad habit. It may look good to have extra pillows, or a big and plush pillow on the bed when you are not there. That's fine, but don't sleep with it!
