Arc4life Adjustable Pillow

Set this pillow to your liking! Take fiber out to get it just right for you.

When you take some fiber out (depending on how much), you may not only lessen the height but can reduce the firmness. It can be a very soft pillow or a very firm pillow. I find that its often what you like. The most important thing is to get a good night's sleep.

You see, everyone is a little different. Meaning body shapes and sizes. Some individuals have a big body. Some have a very small frame. Some have a long neck, others have a very short, thick neck. This memory foam and fiber pillow was made with everyone in mind.

The cover helps it to remain cool as well. That can be a biggie, because you don't want to be hot when sleeping. My spouse and I often don't even use covers, at-least over our entire bodies anyway.

I Had Surgery in My neck, but it Still Hurts?

This is a tough one. Any time you do a surgery, and you mess with Mother Nature, there's a chance for irreversible damage. Don't get me wrong, you may do very well and you did it at the time, because it was your last option.

It just so happens that I have a pillow that has helped a lot of after surgery people. It's the traction "V" pillow. Reason is that the "v" does such a gentle traction that won't harm anything. So that really functions to hold you in place.

It's a soft pillow, made of fiber. This is unlike foam or memory foam which tends to be very firm. You can sleep on your back or side and you can even rotate it to sleep on the linear gravity side. This side is a little softer and is just a neck roll with no "v".

Will you get neck soreness at first, from a neck pillow?

Arc4life's Natural Alignment Neck Pillow
For some, neck soreness will happen. This happens especially if you have never used a neck pillow. It's going to be a change, so you have to get used to it. Now, also if you have a major misalignment in the neck, the neck pillow may be tougher to get used to. Let's say you have a cervical kyphosis, that a reversal of the normal c-curve.

Also, things depend on the actual pillow. Let's say you have a really hard or firm pillow, this might be too much for a first time neck pillow user. That being said your memory foam pillows tend to be firm so you may want to start out with something softer. On the other end of the spectrum is the feather or down pillow, these are usually too soft, giving not enough support.

That's why I typically recommend a fiber pillow. This is usually not to hard or soft and still gives the support.

The Picture above is an example of a fiber pillow I recommend: the Arc4life Natural Alignment Pillow.
