Always Be Ready...

Now I’m not referring to a big storm, tornado or hurricane, but I can be. I am referring to knowing where medications are, how to get to your doctors, and when or who to contact in case of a medical emergency.

The same applies, to other kinds of emergencies. But let’s lean more towards your health. Yes, know where the doctor’s office is and hospital. Also know how you can fight neck pain at home too.

Not only know where the ice pack or ‘Biofreeze’ are but know neck exercises and neck stretches you can do. Know where another pillow is in-case for your Traction pillow cover is in the laundry. Have an idea what your plan of attack is. “The best offense is a good defense”!

I thought of this blog because we just had a scare with Dorian. Hurricanes can change their path or weaken but you still need to be prepared. Just like your health-always be ready (prevention) vs waiting until it’s too late.

Cellphones May Cause Cancer?

Well I don’t know if I believe that one. I try not believe all the doom and gloomers; on the other hand I don’t keep it constantly pressed up against an ear. I’m not a fan on keeping a transmitter against head.

You’ll notice that many people use speaker phone. Can’t talk on the speaker, get headphones then. Same goes for in the car. Nowadays you can link the Bluetooth up to the car.

Also, carrying the phone. You could carry it on a belt with a holster. If in a pocket, switch to another one periodically, you don’t have to always have it in the same spot every day.

Many have even ditched their house phone because they always use their cell. Why pay for two bills if you only use 1 phone?

For myself, I try to limit my cell phone use. It's good however you look at it. I may use it for a morning alarm but I don't keep it in the bedroom!

I am desperate for some sleep and physical relief...

Hello there! I want you to know how delighted I am to have received the Cervical Traction Pillow two days after ordering it. I am eager to use it tonight, and because I am desperate for some sleep and physical relief, I intend to spend the entire night on the pillow. (My rationale is that I've been in severe pain anyway, so I doubt the pillow will make a significantly negative contribution in that regard.) Best Pillow I have Tried

BEST pillow I have EVER tried! Hello, I purchased the cervical traction neck pillow from you earlier this past week, asked for it to be delivered before I leave town, and received it ONE WEEK EARLIER than I asked for, 4 days earlier than projected by FED EX!!! I have now been using it for 6 days and feel like I have a new neck...

Best Neck Pillow I have tried

"The first time I lay on the pillow, I could actually feel my sinuses drain immediately. My breathing during the night has improved substantially. Most importantly, the effect it has on my neck pain has been dramatic. I wake up with my neck completely relaxed. I am sleeping better than I have in months. My range of motion has improved. Everything just feels better. Another great thing about this pillow is its standard size and shape. It actually looks like a "normal" pillow on the bed (unlike all the other neck pillows I have tried).
