What Else Can I Do To Sleep?



Sometimes getting to sleep can be difficult. Here's some things you may not have tought of:

Be Consistent - go to sleep near the same time each night

Cut the screen time right before bed - limit that phone or computer usage at night

Don't exercise right before sleep

The same goes for eating - don't snack when it's time to sleep

If you haven't tried these, do it, nothing is more important than getting goodrest at night.

Tips To Fight Insomnia

Insomnia is when someone regularly has trouble falling asleep and/or staying asleep. According to the Dept. Of Health - 64 million people suffer from insomnia and insomnia affects women 1 1/2 times more than men.

Heres some tips to getting a good nights sleep.
1. Don’t eat after 7:00 pm.
2. Don’t engage in a lot of mental exercises right before bed. What I’m getting at is: doing work, or things that bring on stress.
3. Try light reading before bed.
4. Sleep in as complete darkness as you can.
5. Don’t sleep with your cell phone or computer wireless router near your head.
6. Try to get your body into habit- go to bed at similar times each night, wake up at similar times too.
7. Make sure it's not your pillow that is waking you up.
